To meet the increased demands of its growing digital audio and podcast platforms, AdLarge Media has restructured its digital team. The revamped digital arm of AdLarge Media includes new positions and expanded roles for four key team members.
Ilwira Marciszek rises to Vice President of Digital Sales Strategy from Director of Ad Operations. Marciszek will develop AdLarge’s digital sales strategy and work closely with Chief Revenue Officer Don Wachsmith. A passionate digital audio leader, she will bridge technology and content to create innovative solutions that achieve advertisers’ marketing goals. Tapping into her keen insights and expertise in all things digital, Marciszek will skillfully curate digital audio environments to reach and engage advertisers’ targeted audiences.
Stephanie Vance is promoted to Vice President of Digital Content from Director of Revenue Planning & Development and will lead the growth and management of AdLarge’s digital content portfolio. Vance has experience on both the radio and digital sides of audio and is a podcast enthusiast and early evangelist of the medium. She brings a vibrant, creative perspective to her new position. She will be responsible for discovering and cultivating relevant and compelling digital programming environments that deliver powerful opportunities to AdLarge’s advertisers.
Donelle Brown is elevated to Vice President of Marketing and Client Solutions from Director of Marketing Solutions. Brown has structured exciting marketing opportunities across broadcast and digital channels for AdLarge’s advertisers, and she will continue to work with AdLarge’s sales team and content partners. Brown’s expanded role will now include digital talent liaison and content brand management, along with increased responsibility in the development of multi-layered solutions that meet the marketing goals of AdLarge’s advertisers.
Rebecca Lam becomes Manager of Digital Ad Operations following her impressive performance as Digital Operations Coordinator for the past year. In her elevated position, Lam will oversee and safeguard digital ad campaigns.
